Interest Groups are the lifeblood of the u3a movement. Groups are formed on a mutual self help basis.  Group Co-ordinators, who have a particular interest (or even expertise) in a subject, generously donate their time and skills. No qualifications or exams required - learning is for pleasure! 

Swaffham & District u3a groups cover a vast array of topics from Walking to Wine Appreciation, Art to AI, Playscripts to Photography, Card Making to Creative Writing, Science to Shakespeare, Table Tennis to Rock Music! Members learn from and with each other. Our u3a groups provide a valuable opportunity for members to connect with others who share their interests. It`s all about fun and friendship!
