Table tennis is great fun as well as being very good for keeping fit and improving your hand/eye co-ordination and reflexes. All equipment is provided and we just share the cost of the hire of the hall. Eight to ten members usually turn up to play singles or doubles matches. These are men, women, or you can play mixed doubles. Although players are encouraged to play by the current rules, it’s all for fun and we have a great time.
We occasionally host other u3as to both socialise and play friendly, but competitive, table tennis. If you are interested in joining the group (you must already be a member of the Swaffham & District u3a) or want more information, please contact Ian Clews.
